The Vendor has been doing work on the car over that period but has realised that he no longer has the time to complete. The Vendor states that the car was running until the starter motor failed, the brakes are seized on at the rear, although they have freed off enough to roll now, the floor pans have been previously replaced, there is Stamped service history up to 98,000 miles in the year 2000 with MOT History to prove, one more service invoice in 2007 and the last MOT in the file shows 106,000 miles, Online MOT history shows that it went from 107000 miles in 2007 to 94,000 miles in 2012 so it may have had a speedometer change.
