Daimler 250 V8 1968 9 previous owners 99820 miles, previous work includes Bare metal respray with invoices, engine rebuild, although no proof of this, Gearbox overhaul, wood work refinished and replacement interior parts. This car has clearly had a vast amount of love and expenditure in the past and now shows as a nice honest example of these silky smooth V8 models, there is some paint rectification and bubbling here and there, but nothing major and it presents very well. Previously Gun metal grey, this was subject to a colour change to what is believed to be Westminster Blue at some point, and it looks to have been a very good job,  there is a written invoice for a bare metal respray at £10k and an assumed later invoice for £14k in 2005 and any metalwork needed was done at that time. On driving the car it seems to move along very graciously and the power steering and gearbox seem to function correctly, there may be a need for fresh fuel, spark plugs or tuning as there is a little fluffing on acceleration and occasional flat spot, but the vendor states that it is happier when warm. The car comes with lots of invoices, a workshop manual, original service manuals, old MOTs last one ran out May 2023, Classic rally Tags (as pictured) and a purchase receipt from 2017 at £28,000. This Daimler is fitted with a High ratio axle, Dynalite alternator and Adwest power steering.
