MG C Roadster 1967 offered for sale, with a NEW MOT. This is a 2 former keeper car recently recommissioned after being off the road over 30 years in dry surrey storage, this is a very sound example that had some work before layup including new roof and interior parts, new rear springs and some suspension parts.

The engine turned over smoothly but still had a patina on the valve seats leading to no compression for starting, so head was removed and a decoke carried out, engine now runs well. The carburettors were stripped and rebuilt, fuel tank removed and cleaned, fuel pump rebuilt. It has had new rear wheel cylinders and shoes, new callipers brake hoses, servo rebuilt, new clutch and brake master cylinders, new slave cylinder seals and hose. new water pump, radiator and other hoses and service items. The only criticism is that the paint has some micro blistering on top of most panels with a good respray it will make a fantastic car. The overdrive is not working, but this is believed to just be electrical. There is also a bearing noise form the axil.
